Service: Business Intelligence & Risk Management
Sector: Mining & Environmental Services, Mpumalanga

When a mining services company transitions from general trading to a holdings structure, the regulatory and competitive landscape changes too. Imini Enhle Holdings needed clear intelligence on compliance requirements, competitor positioning, and market opportunities while the CEO focused on operations.

We provided competitor analysis, mapping capabilities, locations, and compliance gaps. This work informed presentations to major mining clients and identified specific regulatory advantages in the market.

Ongoing compliance work include coordinating ISO certification processes funded through an enterprise development programme, establishing POPIA and Information Regulator registration, and documenting which laws apply to the company and what needed to be done to comply.

Risk management covered protecting company information and vendor communication protocols. We also managed the digital transition from general trading to holdings positioning and coordinated participation in the Sasol Women in Mining Incubator Programme.

GI Advisory provides business intelligence and risk management strategies for regulatory compliance and business growth. We work with South African SMMEs in mining, logistics, security, engineering, and related sectors.
